In a strategic effort to strengthen education governance and align with global digital trends, Brandheadway Communications Limited, in collaboration with the Lagos State Government through the Ministry of Establishments and Training, has successfully concluded a two-day executive training programme titled “Digital Transformation and Innovation in Education Administration.”
The high-level training, held on April 7 and 8 in Lagos, brought together senior officers of the Lagos State Ministry of Education, particularly those on Grade Levels 13–16, who play critical roles in policy implementation, school supervision, and system-wide education management.
Driving Leadership in a Digital Era
The programme was designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, and strategic insight required to lead digital transformation across Lagos State’s education system.
With the global education landscape rapidly evolving due to advancements in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital learning platforms, the training emphasized the urgent need for education administrators to transition from traditional supervisory roles to data-driven, innovation-focused leadership.

The case study reinforced the message that technology-enabled reforms can be successfully implemented at scale within the Nigerian context.
