The initiative, presented by Smart Business Academy in collaboration with Sortafter Project & Services Ltd, is designed to equip enterprises with frameworks for building resilient structures, aligning strategy, and preparing for international expansion.

B.A.S.E — an acronym for Build, Align, Strategize, Expand — reflects the organisers’ emphasis on methodical growth rather than opportunistic scaling. Speaking ahead of the event, a representative of the organising team noted that the programme is focused on “helping business owners understand the internal architecture required for global competitiveness.”
